A3 8L 1.8T
APR's A3 catback exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent system. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converter with a with a 2.5" center pipe which contains a small 3" resonator. The 2.5" pipe continues back to the muffler and two stealth downturn tips. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.

 

A3 2.0T Exhaust
APR's A3 Exhaust is a stainless steel, 3.0" mandrel bent, turbo-back exhaust. Unlike most other aftermarket exhausts, the APR exhaust is a full exhuast from the turbocharger back. This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market. All APR exhausts come with a full lifetime warranty.


On the A3, the stock exhuast is almost 2.5" and flows very well even on a chipped car. Simply adding an exhaust to a stock or chipped 2.0T does not make a very big gain over the stock setup. Unlike the 1.8T, because of the new engine management (ME9) and FSI, there are substantial gains that can be seen by making a software change after adding the exhaust.


With APR exhaust-specific software, peak gains of 18hp and 20lb-ft can be seen. At some RPM's, these gains are as high as 22hp and 25lb-ft. APR exhaust-specific software is available for free for all APR ECU Upgrade customers.

TT 1.8T Cat Back

APR's TT Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converter with a 2.5" pipe, and continues back to the muffler and two elegant semi-oval tips. This exhaust really wakes up the TT and gives it a deep snarl that a sports car of the TT's caliper deserves. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market. If you have a 180hp TT, you will need to get the rear lower valence for a 225hp TT.

 


TT Quattro 3" Full System
APR now has a full 3" stainless steel, mandrel bent, exhaust for the 165 KW TT Quattro.
APR's TT Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, turbo-back exhaust. Our exhaust begins at the factory turbocharger with a beautifully shaped 3" pipe with a flex section. It then continues through a high flow catalyst and two 3" straight sections to the rear muffler. The exhaust is finished off with two elegant round tips.
With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.

 


A4 B5 1.8T FWD (97-01)

RS6 - Full Exhaust
APR's RS6 Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converters with dual 2.5" pipes, and continues back to the innovative center muffler. From there, it splits to two separate mufflers placed in the factory location. This exhaust really helps to awaken the 4.2T, but keeps the stateliness that it deserves. The APR RS6 exhaust is a very quiet system, and will not turn your prized vehicle into an off-road buggy. The system is hand-built with TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers.. You will not find a higher quality system on the market. The RS6 exhaust has a pair of twin 2.5" Tips that fit neatly in the factory valence openings.

 


S4 B6 - Full Exhaust

APR's B6 & B7 S4 Exhaust is offered as both a full or as a catback system. The catback system is a complete stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. The exhaust is a dual 2.25" system that begins at the factory downpipes and continues to an innovative centre muffler. The exhaust then splits and each mandrel bent pipes goes to its own muffler with a 3.5" (90mm) bevel-cut, round tip.


This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.


A set of downpipes is also available for the 6spd and now the tiptronic S4's as well. This system replaces the 4-cat factory setup with a pair of metal matrix catalysts. APR downpipes will only fit with an APR catback system. In testing, a full APR exhaust produces gains of 19kw and 47nm across most of the engine powerband. Throttle response is also greatly improved.

 


S4 B7 - Full Exhaust

APR's S4 Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. Our exhaust begins after the two lower factory catalytic converters and is two 2.25" pipes that merge into one 3" pipe. This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.
APR's S4 cat-back exhaust is available with two different sound levels. The Stealth exhaust helps to maintain the S4's subdued character. While louder than stock, it is not too loud to attract attention. The SRT exhaust replaces the center muffler with a special side resonator. This exhaust has a more aggressive sound and a distinctive note.

 


S4 B5 2.7T - Cat Back Exhaust

A6/Allroad 2.7T - Cat Back Exhaust - 00-02
APR's A6/allroad 2.7T Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converters with dual 2.5" pipes, and continues back to the innovative center muffler. From there, it splits to two separate mufflers placed in the factory location. This exhaust really helps to awaken the 2.7T, but keeps the stateliness that it deserves. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.

The 2000 and 2001 A6 2.7T exhaust has a pair of stealthy downturns, just like the factory. The 2002 A6 and allroad 2.7T exhaust has twin 3.5" Tips utilizing the factory valence openings.

Audi S3 / A3 2.0T Quattro 3” Full System
APR Australia is proud to announce the release of the new full exhaust system upgrade for the A3 / S3 2.0T. The new exhaust system is a 3" stainless steel construction system, with the use of high quality mufflers high flow catalytic converter and stainless twin wall tips. The system uses laser-cut brackets to ensure a perfect fit for your Audi.

This exhaust system features a unique separate wastegate dump pipe - which redirects exhaust from the wastegate further back the downpipe. The result is much less turbulence at the exit of the turbo, allowing exhaust gas to flow even more freely.

The exhaust system increased 12kw at the wheels on our development vehicle (A3 2.0T Quattro). Even more impressive, our test vehicle reached peak boost pressure 800rpm earlier in the revrange. This will result in much better throttle response, stronger torque delivery in low and mid range and of course, additional peak power. APR's exhaust-specific software is available free of charge to existing APR software customers. This exhaust will benefit the cars fitted with the larger K04 turbocharger even more. Note: because of the high flow catalyst, you may require software that allows for the higher flow - please check with your APR dealer if you do not have APR software installed.
