Beetle Turbo 1.8T
APR offers both a cat-back exhaust, and a downpipe for the Beetle
1.8T. APR's Beetle catback exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel
bent system. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converter
with a with a 2.5" center pipe which contains a small 3"
resonator. The 2.5" pipe continues back to the muffler and
two stealth downturn tips. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction,
and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system
on the market.
MkIV Golf/GTI 1.8T
APR offers both a cat-back exhaust, and a downpipe for the Golf
1.8T.
APR's Golf catback exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent
system.
MkIV Golf R32
APR offers a cat-back exhaust for the 3.2L VR6 in the Volkswagen
R32. APR's R32 catback exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent
system. Our exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converter
with a with a 2.5" center pipe. This continues back to the
single rear muffler that has two 4" dual wall tips. With
TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers,
you will not find a higher quality system on the market.
MkV Golf GTI 2.0T
APR's RSC ™ technology is now available in the New MKV GTI
2.0T FSI RSC™ Performance Exhaust System. Reflective Sound
Cancellation allows for maximum exhaust gas flow while completely
eliminating in cabin sound resonance (drone). RSC™ incorporates
innovative technologies developed in conjunction with NASA. With
limited use of packing materials and no baffles, RSC™ allows
for a completely straight and free flowing exhaust path through
the RSC™ mufflers. Reflective Cancellation bounces the undesirable
sound waves into each other to attenuate the wave and completely
eliminate the low frequency tones that create drone. Each RSC™
muffler is tuned to eliminate specific, undesirable sound frequencies
allowing only the engine's desirable exhaust notes to be heard
and improving performance.
APR's MKV GTI 2.0T FSI RSC™ Performance Exhaust System features
the same great designs from APR's Engineering Team and high quality
manufacturing incorporating the following:
• TIG Welded
• T304 Stainless Steel Construction
• CNC Milled Mounting Bracketry
• High Quality Band Clamps
• CNC Mandrel Bent Tubing
• 200 Cell Metal Matrix Catalyst
• Double Walled and Rolled Tips Emblazoned with the APR
Tuned Logo
• 3" Tubing Diameter
• Lifetime Warranty
APR's design specifications and manufacturing requirements result
in a 3" mandrel bend stainless steel performance exhaust
system unmatched by any other. RSC™ technology ensures the
maximum possible performance increases from any performance exhaust
system while maintaining refined and unobtrusive sound inside
the cabin.
MkV GTI APR 3" Quad Tip Exhaust
The Quad Tipped exhaust for the MkV GTI is a unique system that
was originally developed for our SEMA GTI. Due to the overwhelming
demand for it, we have put this system into production. This special
exhaust is designed to work with an Oettinger rear bumper for
the MkV GTI.
APR's MkV GTI Exhaust is a stainless steel, 3.0" mandrel
bent, turbo-back exhaust. Unlike most other aftermarket exhausts,
the APR exhaust is a full exhaust from the turbocharger back.
The APR downpipe features a high-flowing 100-cell metal high flow
catalyst. This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone
of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding,
fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not
find a higher quality system on the market.
All APR exhausts come with a full lifetime warranty, and all are
fully polished with the APR logo acid etched on each tip. Each
system has an elegant badge identifying the system and the manufacture
date.
On the GTI, the stock exhaust is almost 2.5" and flows very
well even on a chipped car. Simply adding an exhaust to a stock
or chipped 2.0T does not make a very big gain over the stock setup.
Unlike the 1.8T, because of the new engine management (ME9) and
FSI, there are substantial gains that can be seen by making a
software change after adding the exhaust.
With APR exhaust-specific software, peak gains of 18hp and 20lb-ft
can be seen. At some RPM's, these gains are as high as 22hp and
25lb-ft. APR exhaust-specific software is available for free for
all APR ECU Upgrade customers.
MkV Jetta 2.0T
APR's MkV Jetta 2.0T Exhaust is a stainless steel, 3.0" mandrel
bent, turbo-back exhaust.

On the MkV Jetta 2.0T, the stock exhaust is almost 2.5" and
flows very well even on a chipped car. Simply adding an exhaust

the stock setup. Unlike the 1.8T, because of the new engine management
(ME9) and FSI, there are substantial gains that can be seen by
making a software change after adding the exhaust.
Please note that the gains are very much engine code specific,
please contact APR regarding your engine code & the expected
gains.
With APR exhaust-specific software, peak gains of 18hp and 20lb-ft
can be seen. At some RPM's, these gains are as high as 22hp and
25lb-ft. APR exhaust-specific software is available for free for
all APR ECU Upgrade customers.
The
APR for the MkV Jetta 2.0T is available in two versions, the "Stealth"
and the "Sport". The quieter Stealth exhaust adds a
rear muffler to keep unwanted noises down. The Sport system is
for the no-compromise enthusiast that wants maximum gains and
doesn't mind a little extra exhaust note.
9N Polo GTI 1.8T
APR Australia is proud to introduce the new exhaust system for
the 9N Polo GTI. This new system is 2.5” in diameter throughout,
and constructed in high-quality stainless steel.
The new system is designed to provide better exhaust flow –
allowing better throttle response and the turbo to spool earlier
in the revrange. The result is more torque throughout and extra
peak performance. A slightly deeper, sportier note is a bonus
result of our R&D.
This system uses high flow tubular metal substrate catalytic converter
and high flow mufflers, giving the car a sportier note without
being offensively loud. While the system is a direct bolt on for
the existing K03 turbo, it will also fit and work nicely with
the higher-performance K04 turbo.
Now we have also produced a direct bolt on downpipe for those
wishing to keep the stock exhaust. The Downpipe utiilises the
same high flow metal substrate catalytic converter as the full
system, but has a metric slip joint that mates directly to the
stock unit with no cutting or modification.
B6
Passat 2.0T
APR's B6 Passat Exhaust is a stainless steel, 3.0" mandrel
bent, turbo-back exhaust. Unlike most other aftermarket exhausts,

The APR downpipe features a high-flowing 100-cell metal high flow
catalyst. This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone
of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding,
fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not
