Stage III+ Kit 2001-2005 A4 B6
APR announces the Stage III+ kit, the ultimate turbo system
upgrade for the 2002-2005 A4 1.8T. This kit is capable
of 254 Kw and 450 Nm of torque at the flywheel on 98 octane
fuel, while retaining stock-like drivability. The highlights
of the kit include the following:
• APR Investment Cast Inconel Exhaust Manifold
• Honeywell/Garrett Ballistic Series Ball-Bearing
Turbocharger
• Larger APR designed Mass Airflow Sensor Housing
• APR Custom Cast Silicone Intake Hoses
• APR High Flow Fuel Injectors
• High Flow Catalytic converter & downpipe
• All Associate Plumbing and Hardware
Stage III+ for the B6 A4 is being released initially with
only stock, 95, and 98 octane programs. Race fuel programs
will be available soon.
The power increase with the APR Stage III+ kit for the
A4 1.8T is substantial. It is highly recommended that
brake and suspension upgrades are done to safely use the
potential of this upgrade. It is also recommended that
the stock engine internals be upgraded for power levels
above 98 octane, as APR is not responsible for this type
of damage to the engine.
APR Stage III/III+ Kits - 1.8T Transverse
APR announces the Transverse Stage III system. The ultimate
turbo system upgrade is now available for the TT in right
hand drive configuration. This kit is capable of 396 horsepower
(296 kW) and 360 foot-pounds of torque at the flywheel
(490 Nm) on 98 RON fuel, while retaining stock-like drivability.
This kit has been developed as a joint project between
APR U.S. and APR Australia. The highlights of the kit
include the following:

Stage III Kits - 2.7T
Power, Drivability, Reliability: these three words sum
up our Audi 2.7T K04 Stage III kit. APR's unique approach
to product development brings together a product with
the level of refinement that this car deserves.
APR has a history of developing high-quality turbocharger
upgrade kits. Our 2.7T Stage III upgrade system continues
this tradition. This product uses RS4 components, APR-designed
components, and of course, APR-engineered engine management
software calibrations.
This ultimate turbo system upgrade is now available for
the 2.7T cars. This kit is capable of 447 horsepower (333kw)
and 482 foot-pounds of torque (633nm) at the flywheel
on 98 ron fuel , while retaining stock-like drivability.
The highlights of the kit include the following:
• RS4 KO4 Turbochargers
• RS4 MAF and Airbox
• RS4 MAF to Turbo Inlet Plumbing and Y-Pipe
• RS4 High Flow Fuel Injectors and Fuel Pump
• All Associate Plumbing and Hardware
Audi B5 A4 1.8T K04 Turbo Upgrade
Many said it would never happen, but APR is now proud
to release our K04 upgrade kit for the B5 Audi A4 1.8T.
Our kit includes the K04 turbo, the compressor inlet O-ring,
three turbo to downpipe studs, one manifold to turbo gasket,
and one turbo to cat gasket. This kit is a straight forward
turbo swap that makes a big difference in the power output
of the car.
This kit makes solid gains in both horsepower and torque.
With no other mods than a cat-back Exhaust, the kit made
170 kw / 360 Nm on 98 octane fuel. Although the exhaust
is not required, it is highly recommended.
