(146Kw) and 240 ft. lbs (325Nm) of torque. On the later VVT motor,
which also as a different turbocharger specification, the horsepower
gains are increased to around 207 horsepower (154Kw) but with
same torque. Our software is designed to operate within the turbochargers'
efficiency range whilst producing huge increase in low end torque,
improved throttle response and a much smoother, more powerful
top end. Unlike other "chip tuning companies", we do
not max out the boost pressure sensor in order to boost spike
and give high initial torque readings. Although this maybe good
for marketing purposes, it not only creates surge during acceleration
at low RPM, but also reduces the life expectancy of the turbocharger
considerably.
